Any signs of autumn yet? Our daffs are finally out and the magnolias are blossoming. Spring does come later in this part of the world!

Yes Autumn is well and truly here. The claret ash has put on it's red coat and then thrown it off, so the gutters are full of leaves. We have had over an inch of very welcome rain recently. Enough to put some water in the farmers tanks and get some feed growing for their stock. We are very thankful as we have had quite a drought.

I hope you are getting some of those beautiful spring days when the sun finally has some warmth and everything seems to come to life again.

Hi Johnny, I hope you're getting some nice summer weather. We have had a month of beautiful rain and everything is green again. Not really telescope weather, but the rain was more important.

Glad to hear that you are getting some rain. All we hear up here is how the Aussies are facing a once in a 1000 years drought. I guess it has brought the issue of climate change to the top of the political agenda, eh?

Summer is here. Sunny and temps in the low 30s most days now. Our summer is so short we really try and take advantage of it!
